Pre-Order Styles:Β If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock styles, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. * Cancellation of pre-order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed. The expected delivery date on all pre-order styles is an estimate only, and is not considered a formal guarantee. For an unexpected delay in the delivery date which exceeds 10 business days, you will be notified via email and our customer care team will be more than happy to discuss your options.

Delivery Delays:Β During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse. These delays are out of the control ofΒ BellaΒ Galvan. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the courier directly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Final SaleΒ : Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
  • Damaged ItemsΒ : If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer serviceΒ within 3days.
  • For hygiene reasons :Β Bikini ; Swimwear ; Underwear ;Some ACC ( eg：earrings / stockings / Body piercing ect. )
  • Gift CardsΒ : Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Shipping ChargesΒ : Shipping charges on orders are not refundable.

If you are not satisfied with the item you received and want to return it, you can file a claim for compensation with the following procedure.

You package isΒ still in our warehouse. We can help you cancel your order without charging any fees.


If a defective/incorrect item is received, our responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one.
If a package is returned for destruction due to incorrect address/unclaimed, pleaseΒ send email toΒ support@bellagalvan.com to verify the package status and get the appropriate solution.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.Β 
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
